Had fun drawing this (besides the fact that I spent way too much time on this and will probably have way more work than I would have had than if I didn't draw this ._. )
While I do see improvement, I think, it's still not where I'd like to be. I feel like I'm not improving enough but it's hard when I feel like I have no time to do anything but study xD (and socialize. to some extent. lol)
So, once again, my original character Lilia. Her story's probably undergone a few transformations since last year but she is someone who is trapped by factors beyond her control, and trying to make the best of it by playing by other's rules, with some success. She attains the goals she set for herself but realizes that it is not what she wanted. Thus, she longs for things to change.
gotta say, i feel like the linework best captured that female tenderness. the old painted one has a lot of mistakes this one is better except her eyes are hard to figure out, i first thought it was white makeup on closed eyelids.
the shoulder- ribcage are joined awkwardly. naturally the ribcage curves towards the back of the neck. make her armpit smaller
then as you look harder the eyes are white i suggest making the iris circle line just a bit darker, i especially like the blue cloth with gold flowers, perfect blue/gold combo
You make some really good suggestion :3 If I have time I might try to repaint her face, but I probably won't for a while. The eyes are definitely something I just threw together because I can't figure out how to get it right. (Like I know what I'm going for but no idea how to do that...)
